Conversion route
Submit a venture
For founders and domain experts at idea or early stage. The purpose of this route is to establish whether a thesis can be defined, validated and engineered into a buildable venture.
Assessment
What is assessed first
A venture is assessed on coherence and feasibility before anything is designed or built.
- Thesis coherence
What the venture is intended to be, who it serves, and why it should exist.
- Problem reality
Whether the problem is real, specific and currently unsolved for that audience.
- Technical feasibility
Whether the required behaviour, data and AI systems can be built and evaluated in practice.
- Path to blueprint
Whether the venture can be defined precisely enough to be engineered rather than improvised.
Worth articulating before the conversation
Not a submission checklist, and no file is ever uploaded. It sharpens the enquiry.
- The problem, stated without the proposed solution
- Who experiences it, and how they handle it today
- Your domain advantage or market access
- Data you have, or could legitimately obtain
- What must be true for the venture to work
- The decision you are trying to reach
What this route is not
Stated explicitly, because early-stage expectations are easily misset.
- Not an investment offer, term sheet or funding process
- Not a guarantee of engagement, build or outcome
- Not an equity, incubation or accelerator programme announcement
- Not a confidentiality agreement — none is in force from this page
- Not a valuation, market or fundraising opinion
- Not a commercial channel — the enquiry qualifies a technical conversation only
Enquiry
Submit the venture for assessment
Answers are used to assess coherence and feasibility. Share the thesis at the level of detail you are comfortable with; no confidentiality position is in force.
Bring the thesis, not the pitch deck
The useful conversation is about whether the venture can be engineered — and on what evidence that judgement would rest.
