Enquiry forms transmit the answers you provide to this platform's own server, where they are validated and stored in a private database that is not readable by any public client.
No account, authentication or user profile exists on the public platform.
No advertising, profiling, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking technology is loaded.
No third-party analytics, tag manager, session recorder or heat-mapping script is loaded on any public route.

Identity and contact fields you supply deliberately: name, email address, organisation and role.
Structured answers about the system, venture or decision you are describing.
Technical signals recorded for abuse prevention only, in irreversible hashed form, never as a stored IP address.
No file upload exists anywhere on this platform, so no document, deck or dataset can be submitted.

Enquiry data is processed to assess, respond to and administer your enquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business contact you have initiated, and where relevant to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Abuse-prevention signals are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure and free of automated abuse.
Enquiry data is not used for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making, and it is not sold or shared for advertising.

Enquiry records are stored with row-level security that denies all access to public and authenticated clients; only server-side processes can read them.
Enquiry content is never exposed through any public route, API response or client bundle.
Validation, rate limiting and duplicate detection run server-side, so no client can bypass them.
Data is processed by the platform's hosting and database providers acting as processors under contract. No other recipient receives enquiry data.

Enquiry records are retained for 12 months from the last meaningful interaction.
Deletion, unless the enquiry has progressed into a contractual relationship or another documented legal retention ground applies.
Each record carries an explicit retention expiry recorded at the point of submission.

Data-protection law gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over personal data held about you.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@veritexlab.com. We will respond within the statutory period.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the United Kingdom's supervisory authority for data protection.
